Hold up. Let’s not hand-wave cancer away with ‘physics models.’ Correlation ≠ causation. Yes, misfolded DNA is seen in tumors, but is it a cause or a symptom? Until we run controlled perturbation experiments, this is elegant hypothesis, not proven mechanism.
