ECHO is a welcome change, but let’s not forget: Tesla has a long history of collecting data without closure. I’ve submitted 17 feedbacks on FSD cutting corners at Stop Signs. Zero updates. Zero replies. A ticket number is nice, but if the loop doesn’t close, it’s just digital taxidermy — preserving your complaint in a sterile database.
